We offer multidisciplinary engineering services for the development of industrial engineering projects. Optimization of the design, so that the project is sequenced; design, engineering, project, manufacturing and construction.

It is sought to optimize the works carried out, always aiming to cut customer costs as much as possible, reducing modifications to the Works and faults at the Workshop.

Six key phases that we take into account in each of our projects:
1. Process Engineering
We develop and evaluate basic engineering. That is, the route is drawn for what will be the project itself: how it will be done, what will be the raw materials and inputs to be used and what environmental conditions may alter or favor its implementation. To know some of these aspects, it is common to use mathematical or statistical models.
In this stage, we look closely at the technical equipment that will be part of the process. For example, its design and behavior are reviewed and a review of the operating conditions is made. The objective is to draw a projection of these resources over time and see if they meet the needs of the initial plan.
3. Required Documents
All engineering projects must be supported by reference documents. The descriptive memories, the data banks and correlations, the block diagrams or preliminary processes and the information on laboratory experiences or pilot tests are some examples.
4. Basic Engineering
In the same sense of the previous point, the basic engineering talks about the description of the processes in a detailed way. This implies reviewing the design capacity of the work, the flexibility of operation, the specific consumptions and the specifications once the products are finished. This section is agreed between us and the client who demands it.
5. Distribution Plan
Also called 'Lay out', is the distribution of the property on which the work will be executed. That is to say, it supposes the detailed description of limits, accesses, dimensions, geographic accidents, routes, main streets, points of provisioning, sidewalks and of the surrounding land. Exposed in a flat manner, it is the point of reference closest to what engineering works will be.
6. Engineering Management
Engineering is not enough to raise and describe it. You have to execute it and, more than anything, manage it. This last step is known as engineering management, we use all the respective personnel and resource units for the realization and supervision of operations. Given the complexity of this work, it is usually subdivided into three areas: Studies, Constructions and Maintenance. Each of these will ensure the assembly of equipment and structures required.

Quality: The EPC technical team ensures work quality and reduces any defects and problems during and after the works.
Reducing Financial Risk: The investment amount is known beforehand, allowing a reduction in the financial risk of any unexpected additional works.
Term for Completion: The term for completion is also stipulated right at the outset and so any commitments can be dealt with within a certain timeframe as there is a specific start-up date.
The EPC projects that Calstate Energy Inc. offers its customers include, generally speaking, the following activities which shall be carried out during the project:

At this stage, the conceptual, basic and detail design are carried out, enabling us to achieve project optimization.
At this stage Calstate Energy Inc. shall carry out:
Permit and License Management
Feasibility and risk assessment studies
Integration of time in the process and optimizing the supply chain, the timeframes and the works’ operations.
Basic and Detail Engineering, paying special attention to the operationality, safety and protection of the Environment.
2. Procurement and Supplies
The general procurement organization system allows us to obtain and manage human and material resources and equipment in EPC projects.
The procurement and supply services include:
General consulting services for terms and conditions, financial and normative requirements.
Supplier endorsement services and services pertaining to the assessment and quality assurance of said suppliers.
Selection and search for materials and equipment which meet the specific requirements of the project
Calsate Energy Inc. shall select the manufacturing center in line with the required capacity, productivity, cost, site proximity, safety and other sets of factors required for smooth implementation.
Manufacturing capacities shall comply with the national and international standards and regulations required by our customers.
We offer our customers the carrying out of modular manufactures, in other words, the construction of all or part of an installation at the workshop and, once the various units have been completed, they shall be taken to the works’ site, with this system offering a series of advantages:

Calsate Energy Inc. may carry out the construction with its own or endorsed external resources (bearing in mind the necessary factors of financial soundness, the excellence of implementation, safety and Environmental friendliness). We can also provide supervision services during construction.

5. Start Up
Calstate Energy Inc. carries out pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities. A successful start-up requires very detailed planning, studied as from the initial stage.
Calstate Energy Inc. has highly experienced technical staff who integrate into our customers’ organisations, helping the plant staff to adapt rapidly to the new equipment
Turnkey Projects (EPC)
Castate Energy Inc. offers its customers all-in Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction and Start-up services which allow extra costs to be avoided, maximizing its results and increasing long-term business success.
Castate Energy Inc. designs the installation our customer requires, acquiring the equipment and materials, also carrying out the manufacture and implementation using its own resources or outsourcing part of the works to third parties endorsed by us.
Castate Energy Inc. may include start-up in the EPC projects, carrying out detailed planning from the initial stages and having available highly experienced staff who help the customer get used it the new equipment.
The customer receives the installation or works for the price agreed at the start of the contract. Castate Energy Inc. coordinates all the work until its completion and start-up.
